How To Support Your Teen’s Mental Health?

We have already discussed the first option, recommended by UNICEF, so you know how to encourage your teen to share his or her feelings. 

No less important is whether you find the time to support them. Try to:

  • work together on setting up new routines and achievable daily goals,
  • give your teen the appropriate time and space to be on their own,
  • find a few ways you can support and encourage your teen to take breaks to do things they enjoy.
