Circadian Clock

Did you know that sleep isn’t just rest for the body? It’s our daily rhythm in motion. Our circadian clock, influenced by light, meals, and activity, signals when to feel sleepy and when to wake. Consistent bedtimes, bright morning light, and regular meals help keep this rhythm aligned.
What can you do to regulate your rhythm? Get 10–30 minutes of natural light after waking, wind down with dim lights before bed, and limit caffeine late in the day.
When the circadian rhythm is misaligned, sleep quality declines, mood shifts, and energy levels fade. Prioritize consistency, and you’ll feel more rested and alert.
