Since our post about conflicts in the relationships received many “likes”, we decided to continue and develop this topic.
Unresolved conflict can lead to a resentment and an additional unresolved conflict in the relationship. It can also influence your health. Sometimes you are not sure why you are angry, or you feel that the other person is not doing what he or she ‘should’, but you cannot formulate what you expect from him or her…
There are two or even three ways to deal with this situation. You can:
continue to be resentful;
try to talk to your partner and let him or her help you to find the reason and the solution;
start your journal in order to analyze your feelings and find the cause of the problem.
