We already mentioned the survivor’s guilt. And today, we will talk about another problem very close to it. Nowadays, it sounds like: How can I live my usual life during a war in Ukraine?
Yes, it changed our lives. But you should do everything possible to stay strong morally and physically. And everyday routine helps stay in sound mind.
So, don’t forget to:
๐ eat on time (your gastritis will not make you stronger),
๐ listen to the music, if it helps you lift your spirits,
๐ be attentive to your children and loved ones (in unity is our superpower),
๐ care about your body (your unwashed head will not make victory closer),
๐ do your job, go in for sports etc.
To be able to help others, you need to take care of yourself.
