Grieving

Helping Someone Who Is Grieving

Helping another person is always about balancing between two points:
โ›ณ๏ธ be within reach when help is needed,
โ›ณ๏ธ not to be obsessive.
Anyway, you shouldn’t let fears about saying or doing the wrong thing stop you from reaching out. And it’s also important to understand that everyone grieves differently and for different lengths of time.
The first three things to do are:
๐Ÿ‘‰let your grieving friend know that youโ€™re there to listen,
๐Ÿ‘‰offer to help in practical ways,
๐Ÿ‘‰maintain your support after the funeral.
