Making Your Plans For 2026?

Try a different approach to planning. Let yourself decide what really matters.
In therapy, we often talk about values-based planning – identify what truly matters to you, then let those values guide your choices, big and small. Here’s a simple way to start. Write answers to these questions:
  • What matters most right now? (Examples: connection, rest, integrity, curiosity, safety, authenticity.)
  • What is one small action this week that would honour that value?
  • What boundary do I need to protect that value?
Be kind to yourself through the process. This isn’t about perfection; it’s about alignment – with who you want to be and what you truly value.
